Dispatch and Shipping
Our transport is handled by the CBL Logística or GLS courier services.
Delivery service is available throughout mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, from Monday to Friday.
Shipments for an amount under 40€ (excluding VAT) will be delivered by the GLS 24/72h service, with the possibility of 24h delivery if the order is placed before 11:30 AM and the items are in stock.
Shipments for an amount under 140€ (excluding VAT) will be handled by CBL or the GLS 24/72h service depending on the order's weight, with the possibility of GLS 24h delivery if the order is placed before 11:30 AM and the items are in stock.
Shipments for an amount over 140€ (excluding VAT) will be delivered free of charge by CBL or the GLS 24/72h service depending on the order's weight, with the possibility of GLS 24h delivery if the order is placed before 11:30 AM and the items are in stock.
In the event that you have chosen GLS 24h shipping and the items are not available for dispatch, we will contact you and refund the difference for the shipping paid.

What is the delivery time for your card cases order?
This will vary depending on whether it is a non-personalized or personalized product.
Non-personalized:
If the product is in stock and your order is placed after 1:00 PM, the order will be shipped the following day, and depending on the destination province, the delivery time will be between 24/72h.
Personalized:
If it is a repeat order, delivery will be made within the next 4-6 business days.
If it is the first time you are ordering, you will normally receive it within 6-9 business days after we receive the personalization documentation.

As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, we will send you an email confirming the dispatch.
How much are the shipping costs?
Shipping is free if your order exceeds 140 euros (before VAT).
For smaller orders, the standard shipping cost is 5.00 euros.
Delivery service to the Balearic Islands has a cost of: 7€ per package.
